Bill is enjoying a much deserved retirement. He is available to help with our auctions and we are proud to have had him on our team!

Bill is a life long resident of Daviess County. He attended schools in Daviess County and attended Ky. Wesleyan College.  Bill retired in 1975 as a dairy farmer.

Bill is a member of Bethabara Bapist Church where he has served as the moderator for 29 years. He is a member of the Daviess County Lions Club; Owensboro, Kentucky and National Boards of Realtors; member of Ky. Board of Auctioneers.  Bill is a graduate of Missouri Auction School; Bill was formally principal auctioneer and co-owner of the firm of Howard, Marksberry and Utley. He is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and co-owner of Marksberry Appraisals.

Bill has four grown children, Nancy, Janie, Steve and David. Bill and his wife, Louise, live on the family farm in Philpot. Bill' children have followed his great example and are all professionals including Auctioneers, Realtors and Appraisers
